Testimonials
from past visotors to Maple Heights Campground . .

We are looking forward to coming up there to camp!! Your campground
is the best place that we've been camping at!! It is always so
neat and clean, and so very quiet. It is peaceful and relaxing
and it doesn't even matter if the campground is full or not.
We really enjoy camping there. We'll see you in two weeks! |

I am writing to let you know how much my family and I enjoyed
our stay at your Maple Heights Campground. I could not believe
the courtesy we received whenever we had any questions and when
we arrived. Any problems were handled immediately and we just
felt so "at home, without the stress".
We enjoyed our camping time so much we reserved our camping
spots for next year already and we will be bringing another couple
with us to enjoy the weekend.
Our daughter and I really enjoyed the pool, which by the way
I have to say was very clean, along with your bathrooms, which
you can't say for all campgrounds. I was very surprised at the
size of the campsites, we were definitely not cramped for space,
and the other thing I could not believe was the "quiet time",
it was really quiet, that sure was nice.
We really hated to leave but we have to give other campgrounds
a chance also, although I don't think we will find another as
clean, as friendly, and as much fun as yours.

Maple Heights Campground offers a unique experience in northern Wisconsin
family camping. We border the Nicolet National Forest, and the
picturesque McCaslin Brook trout stream meanders around the campground.
Set up your tent, camper or RV under a canopy of huge maple,
beech and hemlock trees.
All of our campsites are wooded and most
are easy pull-through sites for easy access with trailers or
RV's. Most sites offer electric hook-ups and many offer water
hook-ups as well. Group sites are also available. Check out
our great seasonal rates! Now you can have that place up
north that you've always wanted! |

Our area offers a multitide of opportunities
to explore and enjoy nature. Visit the Lakewood State Fish Hatchery
or enjoy a hike on one of our scenic trails. Take a swim at one
of several public beaches in the National Forest or head up to
Laona for a ride on a historic steam train to the logging museum. There
are over 60 lakes within a 10 mile radius, and we are located
between the two best whitewater rafting rivers in Wisconsin,
the Peshtigo and the Wolf Rivers. |
